Dr. Turner Lam is the Founder and Academic Director of SEAS STEAM School, and Secretary-General of the STEAM Education Association Singapore. With an educational background spanning Columbia, Stanford, and Harvard, he previously served as an educator in Singapore's Ministry of Education. He also serves as Proceedings Editor for CISETC and leads the international team under the UNESCO University Twinning and Networking Programme.
